As part of our comprehensive marketing plan, we also provide guidance and support to sellers in preparing their property for showings and open houses. Our fees are 7% on the first $100,000 and 3.5% on the balance, and these fees cover ALL of our marketing and promotional expenses. There are NO additional fees or costs to you. Plus, we have lawyer on retainer for title searches and explanation of charges registered on title.
